500.3808 Medicare supplement insurance policy; availability of benefits in MCL 500.3811(5)(c) or 500.3811a(6)(c).
Sec. 3808.
Every insurer issuing a medicare supplement insurance policy in this state shall make available a medicare supplement insurance policy that includes the benefits provided in section 3811(5)(c) or 3811a(6)(c), whichever is applicable.
