500.3254 Filing fee; return to insured; disposition of funds.
Sec. 3254.
If the insured prevails in his appeal, the filing fee paid by the insured shall be returned to him by the insurer. All moneys collected under the provisions of this act shall be deposited to the credit of the general fund of the state.
