MICHIGAN ELECTION LAW (EXCERPT)
Act 116 of 1954

168.360 Township officers; certificate of election.

Sec. 360.

The township clerk shall file in his office and preserve the original statement and determination of the township board of canvassers of the results of the election and shall forthwith execute and cause to be delivered to the persons thereby declared to be elected to township offices a certificate of election, certified by him.
