Act 116 of 1954

168.227 Candidates for county auditor; no candidate, write-in.

Sec. 227.

If for any reason there is no candidate of a political party for county auditor, a blank space shall be provided on each of the official primary ballots which will afford every elector of said party an opportunity to vote for a candidate for such office by writing in the name of his or her selection or by the use of a slip or paster.
