Territorial Laws of 1833, Vol. III 390.761 Expulsion; suspension. Sec. 11. A person may be expelled or suspended from the privileges of Kalamazoo college if in the judgment of the president of the college, the board of trustees, or any other person or committee designated by the board of trustees, it is considered in the best interest of the college.
