AN ACT to establish Kalamazoo college and to prescribe its powers and duties.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 390.751Kalamazoo college; board of trustees, officers.
Section 390.752Business and object of corporation; college independent and autonomous.
Section 390.753Board of trustees; number and qualifications of members; quorum; classes of trustees; terms; annual ballot; honorary trustees.
Section 390.754President; appointment, election, or removal.
Section 390.755Treasurer, agents, bonds.
Section 390.756Kalamazoo college open to all religious persuasions and identities.
Section 390.757Fiscal affairs; restricted donations; conveyances.
Section 390.758Inspection by legislature of college.
Section 390.759Honors and degrees; earned degrees.
Section 390.760Board of trustees; power and authority.
Section 390.761Expulsion; suspension.
