Section 96 - Penalty for Refusal or Neglect of Duties by Probation Officer

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 276 § 96 (2019)

Section 96. Any probation officer who refuses or neglects to perform any of the duties required of him shall forfeit two hundred dollars to the use of the commonwealth.
