Section 82 - Magistrates Authorized to Admit Prisoners to Bail

Section 82. The term ''magistrate'', in any section of the statutes which provides for admitting persons to bail in criminal cases, shall be construed to include a bail commissioner or special magistrate, so far as to give him authority to admit prisoners to bail.
