Section 43 - Conveying Prisoner Through Another County
Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 276 § 43 (2019)
Section 43. If the journey from the town where the prisoner is held to the town where he is to be committed on the service of a mittimus can be made by railroad, the officer may convey the prisoner through any portion of another county in the prosecution of such journey.
