Section 27 - Recognizance

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 276 § 27 (2019)

Section 27. If a defendant so summoned duly appears, he may be ordered to recognize for his further appearance but shall not be required to give surety upon his recognizance at any stage of the prosecution without a special order.
