Section 110f - Effect of Federal Social Security Benefit Increase Upon Payment of Benefits Under Disability Policy

Section 110F. Benefits due under a policy of insurance insuring against disability from injury or disease shall not be reduced by an increase in federal social security benefits once payment of disability benefits has commenced.
