Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 160 § 130 (2019)

Section 130. Every railroad corporation shall indicate to its passengers the name of each way station by placing at or near the station a proper and conspicuous sign or signs, and shall forfeit fifty dollars for each violation of this section.
