Section 23a - Certain Trustees of State Institutions; Plurality of Positions

Section 23A. Any trustee of a state institution who is appointed to such office by the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall, during the term for which he was appointed, be ineligible to hold any other office or position in said institution.
