Section 61 Buildings used by clubs for selling and distributing alcoholic beverages as common nuisances

Section 61. All buildings or places used by clubs for the purpose of selling, distributing or dispensing alcoholic beverages to their members or others shall be deemed common nuisances unless duly licensed under this chapter. Whoever keeps or maintains, or assists in keeping or maintaining, such a common nuisance shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than three months nor more than one year, or both.
