Section 126 Expense of support of prisoner removed from jail or house of correction to Massachusetts Correctional Institution

Section 126. The expense of supporting a prisoner removed from a jail or house of correction to the Massachusetts Correctional Institution, Bridgewater shall be paid to the commonwealth by the county from which he is removed, and the amount thereof shall be determined by the commissioner. The expense of supporting a sick prisoner removed to the Massachusetts Correctional Institution, Bridgewater from a jail or house of correction, not exceeding three dollars and twenty-five cents a week, shall be paid by the county from which he is removed.
