Section 184C Donation by minors

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 111 § 184C (2017)

Section 184C. A minor 17 years of age or older may donate his blood without the prior assent thereto by his parent or guardian. A minor 16 to 17 years of age may donate his blood with the prior assent thereto of his parent or guardian.
