Section 98 Uniforms; method of acquisition

Section 98. The uniform of the military forces of the commonwealth shall be prescribed by the commander-in-chief. No uniforms, except required yearly supplies, shall be provided by the commonwealth without a special appropriation therefor, and they shall be purchased under such inspection as the commander-in-chief may direct.
