2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 140D — Section 30. Inspection of records.

Section 30. Each creditor shall, when directed by the commissioner, permit the commissioner or his duly authorized representative to inspect its relevant records and evidence of compliance with this chapter, or any rule or regulation issued thereunder.
