§ 7-2006. Report

On or before December 1, 2018, and each year thereafter, the Department, in collaboration with eligible schools that receive a grant under the Program, shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with ยง 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee and the House Committee on Ways and Means on the implementation of the Program, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs and services funded under this subtitle.
