§ 7-1705. Reports.

On or before December 31 of each year, the Department shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with ยง 2-1246 of the State Government Article, on the implementation of the Program, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs and services funded in accordance with this subtitle.
