§ 20-109. Administrative penalty for violation of reporting requirements

MD Transp Code § 20-109 (2016) What's This?

If a person fails to file a written accident report as required by ยงยง 20-107 and 20-113 of this title or to give correctly the information required by the Administration in connection with the report, the Administration may suspend or revoke:

(1) The license to drive of the person; and

(2) The registration of each vehicle owned by the person.
