§ 3-519. Uniform citizen complaint process.

MD Pub Safety Code § 3-519 (2016) What's This?

(a) Adoption. -- Each law enforcement agency shall adopt the uniform citizen complaint process developed by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission under ยง 3-207 of this title.

(b) Posting. -- A law enforcement agency shall post the agency's citizen complaint process on the agency's Web site if the agency maintains a Web site.
