Section 6-108 - Burning trash container.
§ 6-108. Burning trash container.
(a) Prohibited.- A person may not willfully and maliciously set fire to or burn the contents of a dumpster or trash receptacle that belongs to another.
(b) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.
