454.476 Appeal. Any party may appeal as a matter of right from an order granting or denying, in whole or in part, a motion under KRS 454.464. The appeal shall be filed in accordance with the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Created 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 233, sec. 9, effective July 14, 2022.
