454.474 Ruling. The court shall rule on a motion under KRS 454.464 no later than sixty (60) days after a hearing under KRS 454.468. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Created 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 233, sec. 8, effective July 14, 2022.
