49.180 Monetary threshold for claims brought before Board of Claims. No claim shall be brought before the Board of Claims unless the value of the total amount of damages claimed therein is two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or greater. Effective: June 29, 2021 History: Amended 2021 Ky. Acts ch. 185, sec. 28, effective June 29, 2021. -Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky.
