49.180 Monetary threshold for claims brought before commission. No claim shall be brought before the commission unless the value of the total amount of damages claimed therein is two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or greater. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky. Acts. ch. 74, sec. 18, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 2000 Ky.
