515.010 Definition. The following definition applies in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: "Physical force" means force used upon or directed toward the body of another person. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 129, effective January 1, 1975.
