304.32-1551 Use by corporation of itemized statement furnished to paying patient prohibited. No corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall use an itemized statement furnished pursuant to KRS 216B.250 for insurance payment purposes where benefits have been assigned. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 288, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1986.
