304.32-155 Payment of claims. Corporations subject to this subtitle shall be required to honor all legitimate claims presented by their members and subscribers who have incurred claims in any private hospital with acute care in the State of Kentucky, as long as the hospital is duly licensed and certified by the State of Kentucky. Effective: July 1, 1973 History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 288, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1973.
