49.440 Records of proceedings are public -- Confidentiality protected. The record of a proceeding before the commission or a commission member shall be a public record; provided, however, that any record or report obtained by the commission, the confidentiality of which is protected by any other law or regulation, shall remain confidential subject to such law or regulation. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 74, sec. 44, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 263, sec. 16. Formerly codified as KRS 346.160.
