49.430 Federal participation. The commission may apply for funds from, and submit all necessary forms to, any federal agency participating in a cooperative program to compensate victims of crime. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 74, sec. 43, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 1990 Ky.
