198B.280 Exemption for temporary change. Any proposed change of occupancy to a more restrictive classification, for temporary purposes only, shall not be required to comply with this chapter if prior approval for such use is obtained pursuant to KRS 227.300 and the regulations adopted thereunder. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 163, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1984.
