198B.270 Present requirements in effect until new regulations filed. The requirements for accessibility as established in 815 KAR 40:010 on November 13, 1974, shall remain in effect until such time as the board shall file new regulations pursuant to KRS 198B.260. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 361, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1980.
