454.155 Effect of new trial on title to property sold under attachment or judgment. The title of purchasers in good faith to any property sold under an attachment or judgment shall not be affected by a new trial allowed a defendant constructively summoned, except the title of property obtained by the plaintiff and not bought of him in good faith by others. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, secs. 1 and 16, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 417.
