454.070 Acceptance of sureties by clerk. Sureties in injunction bonds shall be accepted by the clerk under the same responsibilities as in other cases of sureties accepted by him. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 280.
