454.065 Order of injunction not to issue until bond executed. The order of injunction shall not be issued by the clerk until a bond, as is required by KRS 454.060, with good surety of the party obtaining the injunction, shall have been executed in his office. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 279.
