CHAPTER 372 - CONTRACTS AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY
- .005 Nonapplicability of chapter to legal gambling transactions.
- .010 Gambling transactions void.
- .020 Recovery of gambling losses from winner or his transferee.
- .030 Equitable relief against winner -- No penalty or forfeiture.
- .040 Suit by third person where loser or creditor does not sue.
