372.120 No right of action on champertous contract. Neither party to any contract made in violation of any of the provisions of KRS 372.060 to 372.120 shall have any right of action thereon. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 216.
