281.717 Publicly-operated bus service to disabled persons. All public entities operating under the provisions of any regular route bus certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall provide service to disabled persons as required by federal regulations promulgated pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (Public Law 101-336). Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 91, sec. 1, effective July 14, 1992.
