30A.140 Additional duties of clerk. Every clerk shall perform such additional duties as may be prescribed by statute or court rule. Effective: March 19, 1977 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 14, effective March 19, 1977.
