30A.130 Certification of copies of documents and records. Every clerk shall prepare, attest and certify copies of all documents and records in his office upon payment of the charge established by statute. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 13, effective January 2, 1978.
