216.378 Definitions for KRS 216.378, 216.379, and 216.380. As used in KRS 216.378, 216.379, and 216.380, the following definitions shall apply: (1) "Rural health network" means an organization that consists of at least one (1) facility that has been or will be designated as a critical access hospital and at least one (1) hospital that furnishes acute care services. (2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
