216.370 Definition of "physician extender." As used in KRS 216.375 and 216.380, "physician extender" means an advanced practice registered nurse, or a physician assistant. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 38, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 61, sec. 1, effective March 16, 1992.
