171.630 Reproduction fee. The department may charge a fee not in excess of ten percent (10%) above the costs or expenses for making or authenticating copies or reproductions of materials transferred to its custody. All such fees shall be paid into a revolving fund for the continuation of such services on as self-sustaining a basis as possible. There shall be no charge for making or authenticating copies or reproductions of such materials for official use by the government of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; provided that reimbursement may be accepted to cover the cost of furnishing such copies or reproductions that could not otherwise be furnished.
