Download as PDF 64.743 Organization -- Compensation -- Staff. The commission may adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business, and elect one of its members to serve as chairman. Members of the commission shall be reimbursed for all necessary and actual expenses incurred in the conduct of the commission's activities, and shall be paid a sum of fifty dollars ($50) per diem while engaged in the work of the commission. The commission may employ such staff as deemed necessary to perform its duties. Effective: March 29, 1976 History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 83, sec. 3, effective March 29, 1976.
