Except so far as may be necessary to wind up partnership affairs or to complete transactions begun but not then finished, dissolution terminates all authority of any partner to act for the partnership, (1) With respect to the partners, (a) When the dissolution is not by the act, bankruptcy or death of a partner; or (b) When the dissolution is by such act, bankruptcy or death of a partner, in cases where KRS 362.315 so requires. (2) With respect to persons not partners, as declared in KRS 362.320. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Repeal the prior repeal contained in 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 239, which was to have been effective January 1, 2008, 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 137, sec. 180, effective June 26, 2007. -- Repealed 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 239, effective January 1, 2008. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 38, sec. 33, effective June 17, 1954.
