Any provision of this chapter which is set forth as inconsistent with the provisions of Public Law 95-87 by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Section 505(b) of that act shall be deemed superseded by federal law and shall thereafter be unenforceable by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 209, sec. 5. Legislative Research Commission Note. The provisions of this section became operative on May 18, 1982, when the conditional approval granted by the United States Secretary of the Interior appeared in the Federal Register.
