286.4-500 Written order of denial or revocation -- Right of appeal.

Whenever the commissioner denies any application for a license under the provisions of this subtitle or revokes any license issued pursuant to this subtitle, the commissioner shall forthwith file in his or her office a written order to that effect, stating his or her findings with respect thereto and the reasons for the action. The commissioner shall also forthwith serve upon the applicant for license or licensee a copy of the order, and the applicant or licensee may appeal to the Circuit Court of Franklin County, within thirty (30) days after the service of a copy of the order.
