(1) (2) (3) Each urban-county administrator before entering upon his duties as such, shall take the oath prescribed in Section 228 of the Constitution, and shall execute a bond with a good corporate surety in the penal sum of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each urban-county administrator may require any employee under his supervision to execute a similar bond in such penal sum as he deems necessary. The cost of bonds given under this section shall be borne by the urban-county government. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 194, sec. 3, effective June 17, 1978.
